Sarah McMillan, Ed.D.


Dr. Sarah McMillan has spent over 30 years in education, consulting, and counseling. As a developmental and counseling psychologist, Sarah was a member of the clinical faculty at Boston University, where she taught graduate-level courses in child, adolescent, and young adult development, neuro-cognitive and psychological assessment, and counseling, as well as supervised masters and doctoral-level students in human development, counseling, instruction and curriculum, and training, administration and policy. Sarah currently provides training of faculty, admission staff, administration and Boards of Trustees at independent schools looking to enhance their knowledge of a range of student learning and emotional profiles, current student trends, and programmatic shifts that can better meet student needs.
